3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). xtaya is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with xtaya's KYC procedures, including providing government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership when requested. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
3.4 Account Ownership. Your xtaya account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your xtaya account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.
4.2 You agree to notify xtaya immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. xtaya will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4.3 xtaya will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from xtaya that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
4.4 xtaya recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. While 2FA is optional, it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized account access.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. xtaya accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where available.
5.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. The following payment methods are strictly prohibited on the xtaya platform: (a) cryptocurrency of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and any other digital asset; (b) credit cards for gambling deposits, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations prohibiting credit card funding of gambling accounts.
5.3 Currency. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the xtaya platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). xtaya does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
5.4 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. xtaya reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice.
5.5 Deposit Verification. xtaya reserves the right to verify the source of deposited funds and to request supporting documentation where deposits appear unusual or inconsistent with a player's stated profile. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in the player's name may be declined or held pending verification.
5.6 No Deposit Guarantee. xtaya does not guarantee that any particular deposit method will be available at all times. 6.5 Pending Wagering Requirements. Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of associated bonus amounts.
7.1 xtaya may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates.
7.2 Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. xtaya reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player is exploiting promotional offers, engaging in bonus abuse, or using strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

13.2 Upon termination of an account for cause, xtaya reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and to withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any withheld real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
13.3 Players may close their xtaya account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xtaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the xtaya platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.2 xtaya operates within the Philippine gaming regulatory framework under the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players with regulatory complaints may contact PAGCOR through its official channels.
